Brotherhood Ride
For many local firefighters, June 18, 2007, was a well deserved day off when the news broke that nine Charleston firefighters lost their lives doing what they love to do, fighting fires and saving lives. Although firefighters may become callous and numb to the news of a comrade’s death when nine lives are lost it becomes significant and hits home. When firefighters feel a loss or pain they gravitate to their second home, their fire station, not to work but to be among those that would also be experiencing the same feelings.

3rd Annual Naples Memorial Stair Climb Sunday, September 8th Naples Grande Beach Resort $25.00 Registration Fee - THE FIRST 200 TO REGISTER WILL RECEIVE AN EVENT CHALLENGE COIN https://www.eventbrite.com/e/3rd-annual-911-naples-memorial-stair-climb-tickets-978294143117 This stair climb is a way to remember those who were lost on 9/11/2001. There were 110 stories in each of the Twin Towers, so you will have the opportunity to climb as our fallen heroes did. Keeping in mind, it's the memory and awareness that is most important, you can climb as many stairs as you are able, you do not have to complete the full 110 flights. 7:00 a.m....
